ARRIVAL:
Kindly report 15 minutes before your therapy is scheduled. Late arrival means less spa time.
CANCELLATION:
A reservation cancelled within eight hours will be subject to a charge of 50 per cent of the listed price. Therapy times may be changed subject to the approval of our manager.
ALLERGIES:
Our skilled therapists will ask you to fill out a registration form on arrival. Please make sure to list out any allergies or health-related issues that you feel should prompt a change in our products for your therapy.
