SKETCH ITINERARY
DAY 01
Arrival at Veer Savarkar Airport. Escort to Silver Sand Sentinel Port Blair. In the afternoon, proceed for the sightseeing tour in and around the city like Fisheries Museum (Aquarium) – exhibits species of marine life peculiar to the islands, Anthropological Museum – displays tribal essential and artefacts, Naval Marine Museum (Samudrika) – gives a good retrospect of the history, shells, corals, marine life, geography and archaeology of these islands, Cottage Emporium (Sagarika) for shopping & souvenirs, Chatham Saw Mill (One of the oldest sawmill), Cellular Jail (The National Memorial). In the evening, witness the enthralling Light & Sound Show (Son et Lumiere) where the history of the heroic freedom struggle is brought alive. Overnight stay at Silver Sand Sentinel. DAY 02
After breakfast depart for Havelock Island by ferry. The ferry takes about 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours depending on the type of boat taken. From Havelock Harbour, escort to Silver Sand Beach Resort. Rest for a while, then enjoy your trip to Radhanagar Beach – rated as the best beach in Asia by Times Magazine. Overnight stay at Silver Sand
DAY 03
After breakfast, take a small boat and start your excursion to Elephant Beach. This beach is an ideal site for Snorkelling. It has a rich coral reef formation and amazing underwater marine life. One session of Snorkelling is included in this package. People willing to see more can do so by paying directly. Overnight at Silver Sand Beach Resort.
DAY 04
After a lavish breakfast, visit Kalapatthar Beach – a relatively small yet lovely beach. Silvery sand and aqua green waters make the place exotic and exquisite. Sitting on one side of the beach and watching the sunrise in the morning or just inhaling the fresh breeze blowing over the sea is an experience in itself. DAY 05
After breakfast depart for Neil Island. Escort to Silver Sand Neil. Rest for a while, then explore the beach at Silver Sand Neil. Then visit Bharatpur & Laxmanpur Beaches. Bharatpur Beach is well known for its coral reef which is undoubtedly the most beautiful in Andamans. Laxmanpur Beach is a picturesque waterfront. It is a beautiful white sandy beach that is full of shells, dead corals and has a wide, stretching beach that provides an awesome view for an evening walk. Departure for Airport with memories of the Andaman.
